Stevens began his career as a Behavioral Therapist in 2005 at an international behavior therapy agency. His dedication and expertise earned him a promotion to Case Supervisor in 2009, and by 2013, he advanced to the role of Behavioral Consultant. In these roles, Stevens not only supervised individual cases but also led training sessions and workshops for parents and professionals in Hong Kong.

Since 2010, Stevens has expanded his impact internationally, providing consultations to families and conducting training workshops in Australia, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Africa, and mainland China. His work also included developing and managing training resources and videos for the agency’s website until he left in 2020.

Passionate about offering therapy that stands out from the rest, Stevens founded Building Blocks with a mission to deliver high-quality, individualized support. He is committed to working closely with parents to provide the essential support needed to enhance the quality of life for children and achieve meaningful progress.

Tinny began her career as a Behavioral Therapist in 2004 at an international therapy agency, where she specialized in providing intensive 1:1 and group therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her expertise and dedication led to her promotion to a supervisory role in 2009.

In 2013, Tinny transitioned to a mainstream international education organization as a Learning Support Coordinator, where she assisted children with various special learning needs and supported their families.

Driven by a desire to help children with great potential who struggled in mainstream settings, Tinny founded Building Blocks. Her goal is to offer high-quality early intervention and collaborate closely with families, schools, and other professionals to enhance each child’s quality of life.

Vincy began her career as a Behavioral Instructor in 2016 after graduating in the U.S. and returned to Hong Kong in 2017. Over the next four years, she honed her skills as a Lead Behavioral Therapist in an international organization. She joined our team as a Case Supervisor in 2021.

Vincy’s dedication and hard work have consistently shone through in her role. She is known for her unwavering commitment to supporting families, responding swiftly to their needs, and continually seeking opportunities to enhance her skills. Her exceptional contributions and dedication were recognized with her promotion to Senior Case Supervisor in 2024. Vincy’s ongoing pursuit of professional growth ensures she remains at the forefront of her field, delivering the highest quality of care to the families we serve.

Toto embarked on her professional journey shortly after completing her university education in 2017. With six years of valuable experience as a behavioral therapist in an international organization, she developed a deep expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a profound understanding of various developmental disorders.

Her transition to an international school setting in 2023 has allowed her to broaden her impact, applying her skills in diverse educational environments.,In her previous role as a member of the Learning Enhancement Team, Toto worked extensively with students diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Global Developmental Disorders, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.

Toto brings a solid foundation in both therapeutic practices and educational settings to our team. Her extensive experience and dedication ensure that she delivers and oversees high-quality ABA therapy, committed to helping each child reach their full potential and achieve success.

Chloe joined our team in May 2021, right after her graduation, and has quickly become an integral part of our organization. Her strong communication skills have been instrumental in building positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.

Since joining us, Chloe has consistently demonstrated a high level of performance and dedication. Her exceptional growth in the role led to her promotion to Assistant Case Supervisor in December 2023. In this position, Chloe continues to contribute significantly to our team’s success, applying her skills and commitment to support our mission effectively.
